Overview
The FC 5623 and FC 5624 are integrated I/O connectors for a system enclosure. The FC 5623 provides two 1 GB short range Ethernet connections (RJ-45) that can be virtualized into the system logical partitions (LPARs). The FC 5624 provides four 1 GB short range Ethernet connections (RJ-45). All of the connectors are on the rear bulkhead of the system enclosure.
The following figure shows the adapter LED and network connector.

The LEDs on the adapter provide information about the operation status of the adapter.
